“Keep It Simple, silly.
Adam probably would never say 'silly', but this is most definitely his process. I started working with Adam right before the holidays - I had been working HARD at the gym for about a year and while I was feeling changes from the gym, but I was not SEEING anything that reflected my hard work. Adam was exactly the motivation, knowledge, and accountability I needed. He helped me to find the daily fuel I needed to keep up with my kids, my physically demanding job in the operating room, and my work out schedule. His educated shifts in my diet also helped me to finally see the physical changes I had been working so hard towards.
