The Basic Membership offers access to programs designed with specific goals in mind.
Programs are one to three months long. Simply select your intended goal, and begin.
Through your personal in-app profile, workout and progress tracking features, and exercise video demonstrations, you’ll have everything you need at the palm of your hand.

Q: Do I need access to a gym?
A: Yes. Each program requires access to free weights, cables, band, and machines. Note that if you don’t have certain pieces of equipment, you can substitute with an exercise that best fits your available equipment.
Q: What if I don’t have the equipment needed for the program?
A: Not to worry, you can make any substitutions to your workout that you’d like based on the equipment you have available to you.
Q: How many workouts per week does each program have?
A: Each program has 3-5 workouts per week.
Q: Is there any nutrition coaching involved with the Basic Membership?
A: The Basic Membership provides self-guided (on your own) training programs. There is no nutrition coaching involved. If you would like to work 1-on-1 with a coach, fill out the application form or click/tap the Coaching tab at the top of the page.
Q: Can I make adjustments to the program and tailor it to my needs?
A: Absolutely! The app allows you to change your workout days, exercises, and equipment as you see fit. The program was set up in a manner to allow for optimal results, so I advise that you keep the structure of the program (days per week, sets, reps, rest, workout order) as it was originally intended. Feel free to substitute exercises if needed and shift workout days as you’d like. Do your best to keep the order of the workouts and rest days as originally designed.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All Basic Membership programs have a self-cancellation policy. If you chose to cancel your membership/program, billing will continue to the end of the current billing cycle but will not renew.
Q: What happens when the program is done?
A: You will have lifetime access to your profile and program. You can cycle through the program as many times as you’d like. Simply go back to your start date, and begin!
