Q: Do I need access to a gym?

A: Yes, the Glutes program requires access to free weights, cables, and machines

Q: Can I make exercise substitutions if needed?

A: Yes! Absolutely. This is a self-guided program, so you can make any substitution of your own that you would like.

Q: What happens when the program is done?

A: You will have lifetime access to your profile and program. You can cycle through the program as many times as you’d like. Simply go back to your start date, and begin!

Q: Is there any nutrition coaching with this program?

A: This program is a self-guided training program. There is no nutritional guidance involved, though you will have access to a private group in the app to share ideas, ask questions, and more! I (Adam) will also be a part of your support group and will be able to answer general questions.

Q: Are refunds offered?

A: The Glutes Program has a self-cancellation policy. If you choose to cancel your program, billing will continue to the end of the current billing cycle but will not renew.
